Prager: Hillary’s Frightening Speech

Conservatives who are inclined to sit out this election should consider what America will look like if Hillary Clinton wins.

Thanks to Bernie Sanders, the Democratic Party is now effectively socialist.

If Clinton wins, government will tamper with how much corporations can pay.  She said—and I quote: “If you believe that companies should share profits with their workers, not paid executive bonuses, join us.”

Unconstitutional, you say? Remember: Her judicial appointees will not be protectors of the Constitution.

Just before Barack Obama became president, he said, “We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.”

In fact: He has done so. And Clinton will continue this fundamental transformation.

Clinton later said: “We’ll build a path to citizenship for millions of immigrants.” She’s talking about some 10 million who entered the country illegally. The result? Our borders will mean nothing.

A President Hillary Clinton will finish the American transformation … perhaps forever.

Chen: The Good Senator From Ohio

At a time when it’s easy to be cynical about our politics and politicians, it’s good to know that there are honorable men and women who deserve our support.

United States Senator Rob Portman of Ohio is just one of those people.

Rob is a commonsense conservative who has served the people of the Buckeye State effectively and honorably. He’s now seeking reelection to the United States Senate—and Ohio voters should send him back to Washington to continue the important work he’s doing in leading the fight for lower taxes, fiscal responsibility and an end to drug addiction.

I’ve known and worked with Rob Portman for several years.  He’s a man of high character, great intellect, and a deep sense of duty. Rob is committed to what’s right for the people of Ohio and our nation.

Take it from me: Ohio is fortunate to have Rob Portman as a U.S. Senator.

All Americans benefit from his voice as part of the GOP majority in the U.S. Senate.

WikiLeaks: Hillary Had Gun Control Plants in Townhall Audience

From a Podesta email (Breitbart).  Meanwhile another story notes liberals are upset with Hillary as “Some of the left’s most influential voices and groups are taking offense at the way they and their causes were discussed behind their backs by Clinton and some of her closest advisers in the emails, which swipe liberal heroes and causes as “puritanical,” “pompous”, “naive”, “radical” and “dumb,” calling some “freaks,” who need to “get a life” (Politico).  Most of the media continue to ignore the leaks (Washington Times).

Elder: Hillary Lies, Cops Die

Nearly ten years ago voices of the left were chanting, “Bush Lied, People Died.” They blamed then-President Bush for the Iraq invasion, despite the fact it was approved by Congress on ample evidence that the Iraqi leadership was plotting terror.

No matter.  The left believes that if you say something often enough, it becomes true.

Hillary Clinton must be hoping her lies will soon be received as truth. After all, her public career has been bathed in lies and deception from the beginning.

Starting in 1993, as our new First Lady, she oversaw dismantling the White House Travel Office—firing loyal, innocent people while impugning them with corruption that didn’t even exist.

More recently, she has jumped on the Black Lives Matter bandwagon, suggesting that African Americans are killed by predatory police practices—without regard to data on soaring crime rates among blacks.

Lies may get votes.  They also get people killed.

Gallagher: Remember The Life Issue

Tariffs

Remember when the issue of life mattered to conservatives?

Intensely passionate issues like —
•    parental consent for minors having abortions
•    federal funding for abortion
•    the horrors of partial birth abortion

Those were things we cared deeply about – enough to even get arrested over.

The volatile, tawdry election of 2016 has taken our eye off the ball.

We’ve understandably gotten wrapped up in details over admittedly vulgar and inexcusable language – and have collectively forgotten about critical life and death issues.

Let’s call time out and refocus: One of the presidential candidates is pro-life. The other is most decidedly not. For some scary reading, look up Mrs. Clinton’s position on unrestricted abortion.

My first introduction as a young man to the sanctity of life came from Phyllis Schlafly, the “godmother” of the modern conservative movement.

Oh, and her new book that was published on the day she died? The Conservative Case for Trump.

Down Ballot GOP Candidates Very Happy With Trump’s Debate Performance
